Lead time
Manual preparation takes time. However, we strive to begin conceptual work almost immediately after the keychain is ordered. The actual production time depends on the number of orders and, prior to that, on the time needed for finalizing details. Before placing an order, you can inquire about the current processing time, but it is reasonable to assume that it will not be shorter than 10 days.

How to place an order?
You need to select the shape and color in our store and send a photo of your pet. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a visualization.
